1. Go south on the 5 or 405 freeways

2. Follow signs to the 55 freeway south (towards Newport Beach)

3. The 55 freeway ends and Newport Blvd. begins. Just keep going

4. Name of street changes to Balboa Blvd. Stay on the street and keep going

5. Turn left on Main St. (Main St. is a traffic light)

6. Turn right on Bay.

7. We are the last building on the left

Two blocks before Main St. is Palm St., make a right turn at Palm St. and proceed into the municipal parking lot
